Present investigations exhibited the effects of extended dryings with the herb around the yields, composition, oil high quality, and hepatoprotective too as anti-cancer biological activities of your hydrodistillation-obtained vital oils from the aerial components from the plant. The important oils’ yields, compositions, and biological activities levels with the fresh and differently timed and room-temperature dried herbs differed considerably. The lowest yields with the vital oil had been obtained from the fresh herbs (FH, 631 mg, 0.16 ), even though the highest yield was obtained in the two-week dried herbs (2WDH, 1102 mg, 0.28 ). A notable lower in monoterpenes, with increment in the sesquiterpene constituents, was SIRT6 Species observed for the FH-based critical oil as in comparison to each of the other batches from the essential oils obtained from the differenttimed dried herbs. In addition, characteristic chemotypic constituents of sage, i.e., -pinene, camphene, -pinene, myrcene, 1, 8-cineole, -thujone, and camphor, had been present in drastically greater proportions in all the dried herbs’ important oils as in comparison with the FH-based vital oil. The in vivo hepatoprotective activity demonstrated significant reductions in the levels of AST, ALT, and ALP, at the same time as a substantial improve within the total protein (p 0.05) contents level, as in comparison to the acetaminophen (AAP) administered experimental group of rats. A important reduction (p 0.05) in the ALT level was demonstrated by the 4W
