Applications/Dilutions
- Western Blot 1:100-1:2000
WB: Use at a concentration of 2 – 4 ug/ml. Detects bands of approximately 76 (alpha), 50 (beta, singlet or doublet), 45 (epsilon), 42 (delta), 38 (gamma, singlet or doublet) and 25 kDa (zeta). Although not tested this antibody may be useful in Immunocytochemistry/Immunoflourescence. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Reactivity Notes
Rat (100% identity with immunogen), Xenopus laevis (90% identity with immunogen) and Cow (88% identity with immunogen) due to sequence homology. Not yet tested in other species.
