Human CD44, variant 6 ELISA Kit (Colorimetric) Summary
The assay detects both natural and recombinant human CD44. The interference of circulating factors of the immune system was evaluated by spiking these proteins at physiologically relevant concentrations into positive serum. There was no crossreactivity detected, notably not with CD44-polypeptides lacking the protein sequence encoded by exon 6.
