HLA-DR Antibody (HL-39) [Allophycocyanin] Summary
Raji Burkitts lymphoma cell line
The antibody HL-39 recognizes common epitope on human HLA-DR which is dependent on the association of alpha and beta chains. Recognized epitope is conserved after fixation with glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde. DR is the isotype of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).
