CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 Antibody (39H5) [DyLight 488] Summary
L cell transfected with CD40 Ligand
Cell membrane: single pass type II membrane protein. Processed form: secreted protein. Also exists as an extracellular soluble form.
NB100-65874 recognizes the murine CD154 cell surface antigen, a 39kD cell surface glycoprotein also known as CD40 ligand (CD40L). CD154 is expressed by activated CD4+ve T lymphocytes. This product is routinely tested in flow cytometry on mouse CD40L transfected L cells.
